How this site uses browser storage

The current implementation uses local storage and session storage directly in the application, plus optional Google advertising cookies or similar technologies if you opt in to measurement. No standalone analytics suite, chat widget, map embed, or video player cookie flow was detected in the codebase as of the effective date above.

Essential or user-requested storage

• flaresoft-cookie-consent: stores your consent choice for optional measurement.
• theme: written by next-themes to remember the site theme preference on your device.
• flaresoft-manage-config: stores Manage configurator selections so the package builder can persist your choices on the same device.
• flaresoft-manage-package: stores the selected Manage package so it can prefill the contact flow after you click "Get This Package".

Optional measurement and advertising storage

• pending_google_ads_lead: session storage used only after a successful contact-form submission and only when measurement consent is present. It temporarily stores the submitted email address and normalized phone number so the thank-you page can send an enhanced Google Ads conversion event for the configured contact-form lead conversion.
• Google Ads cookies or similar technologies: may be set by Google after the Google tag loads from www.googletagmanager.com. These are used to measure advertising performance and lead conversions.

What is not currently in use

• No Meta Pixel or Facebook tracking code was detected in the repository.
• No Google Analytics property or GA4 measurement ID was detected in the repository.
• No chat widget, booking widget, heatmap tool, or session replay script was detected in the repository.
• No embedded YouTube, Vimeo, Google Maps, or similar third-party iframe was detected in the repository.

Managing your choices

You can make or change your optional measurement choice from the cookie banner when it appears or by using the Cookie Settings link in the site footer. You can also clear local storage and cookies directly from your browser settings.
