Flaresoft Solutions

Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Flaresoft Solutions collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information through this website and related lead-generation flows.

Effective date: March 26, 2026

Who we are

Flaresoft Solutions Inc. is a Calgary, Alberta, Canada digital services business. If you have privacy questions or want to make an access, correction, or deletion request, you can contact us at hello@flaresoft.solutions or info@flaresoft.solutions, or by phone at 1-825-305-4207.

Mailing address: 5005 Dalhousie Dr NW Unit 175 #1497, Calgary, Alberta T3A 5R8, Canada.

What we collect

We collect information you choose to provide through the contact form, including your name, email address, phone number, company name, project type, service interests, budget range, timeline, and message contents.

When you submit the contact form, our server also records technical and submission metadata needed to operate and protect the form. That includes your IP address, user agent, referrer, submission timestamp, derived location data from the IP address, and an internal spam-risk score.

If you use the Manage package configurator, the site stores your package selections in your browser so they can be reused on later pages in the same visit or a later visit on the same device.

How we collect information

  • Directly from you when you fill out the contact form or contact us by email or phone.
  • Automatically from your browser when you use the site, including functional browser storage and optional advertising measurement if you consent.
  • From service providers that help deliver the site, send contact-form emails, host blog content, or enrich IP-based location data.

How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries, assess project fit, and prepare proposals or follow-up conversations.
  • To route contact submissions to our inbox and preserve reply details.
  • To detect spam, abuse, or repeated automated submissions.
  • To remember package selections and display preferences on your device.
  • To measure lead-form conversions in Google Ads only when you consent to that category.

Canadian consent and legal basis

Because Flaresoft Solutions operates in Canada, we rely primarily on your consent to collect, use, and disclose personal information through this site. In practice, that means:

  • By submitting the contact form or contacting us directly, you consent to our using your information to respond to your request and manage the related business opportunity.
  • We use essential site storage where reasonably necessary to operate the site or preserve a user-requested function.
  • We only enable Google Ads measurement, including enhanced conversion tracking for this contact-form lead conversion setup, after you opt in through the cookie controls.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses a mix of local storage, session storage, and optional third-party cookies or similar technologies. A separate Cookie Policy lists each item currently detected in the codebase.

Essential storage currently includes the consent record itself, theme preference storage used by the site theme switcher, and package-selection storage used by the Manage configurator and contact flow package prefill. Optional advertising measurement is limited to the Google Ads tag and related conversion tracking.

Google Ads measurement

If you opt in to measurement and advertising storage, the site loads Google's advertising tag from googletagmanager.com. After a successful contact-form submission, the thank-you page may send a Google Ads conversion event. Enhanced conversions are enabled for this lead form setup, so the site also stages the contact email address and normalized phone number in session storage so that enhanced conversion data can be sent with that conversion event after consent.

If you reject non-essential tracking, that Google tag is not loaded and those conversion events are not sent.

Third-party service providers

The codebase currently sends or may send information to the following third parties:

  • Resend, which delivers contact-form emails to our inbox.
  • ipapi.co, which receives the submitter's IP address so approximate location data can be returned for spam review and lead context.
  • Sanity, which provides the content management and content delivery services used for blog content and related media.
  • Google, if you consent to measurement and advertising, for Google Ads tag loading, conversion measurement, and enhanced conversions for the contact-form lead event.

Disclosure and lead handling

We do not sell personal information gathered through this site. We may disclose information to service providers acting on our behalf, when required by law, or if needed to protect the site, our business, or other users from fraud, spam, or security misuse.

Retention

Contact inquiries are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, follow up on opportunities, and manage operational or legal obligations. Browser-side storage remains on your device until it expires, is overwritten, or you clear it. The package-prefill storage currently expires in the application after about 24 hours. Other local storage items remain until changed or removed.

Safeguards

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the size and nature of this site, including server-side validation, rate limiting on the contact API, and HTML escaping in outbound email content. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be fully secure.

International processing

Some service providers we use may process information outside Alberta or outside Canada, including in the United States or other jurisdictions where they operate. When information is processed in another jurisdiction, it may be subject to the laws and lawful access requirements of that place.

Your choices and rights

  • You can decline optional measurement and advertising storage through the cookie banner or reopen cookie settings from the footer.
  • You can ask us to provide access to personal information we hold about you or request corrections if it is inaccurate.
  • You can ask us to delete information you submitted through the site, subject to any recordkeeping or legal obligations we must satisfy.

Children and minors

This website is intended for business and professional inquiries. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site.

Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, providers, or legal obligations change. When we make material updates, we will revise the effective date on this page.
